WE WELCOME EVERYONE who has worshipped with us this morning. We hope you will be able to worship with us again soon.

CANDLELIGHTERS for this morning are Kenzie von Rentzell and Riley Wagner. Wednesday night they will be Cali Gutz and Baylen Guenther. Next Sunday they will be Caden Wingert and Mason Gansebom.

OUR READER this morning is Ross Stelling and next Sunday our reader will be Doug Hartner. Elders helping with communion this morning are Larry Krohn and Ed Brummels.

NAME BADGES– we are asking members to continue wearing their name badges to help Pastor and Sonja, as well as guests and new members get to know our names and faces. Thank You!

BACCALAUREATE is today for the seniors graduating from Osmond High School. Commencement is next Saturday at 2:00. This year’s seniors are: Molly Marie Beacom-Timmerman Mason Shawn Gansebom Holly Anna Jensen Kaden Bernard Polt Kenzie Marie von Rentzell Riley Joe Wagner

“THE BRIDGE” –LYF will continue their weekly discipleship classes on Wednesday with Pastor Kirchoff at 6:30 p.m. ALL high school students are encouraged and welcome to attend.

A MEMORIAL SERVICE is planned for the family and friends of Anthony “Tony” Johannsen to be held here at Immanuel on Saturday, May 7th. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service and coffee reception after the service. Pastor Kirchoff will be officiating. A private inurnment will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery at McLean.

THE LUTHERAN HOUR: Today, "Three C's of Christian Witness" with Speaker: Rev. Dr. Michael Zeigler. Competence, Conversation, and Caring: the three C's of Christian witness. (Daniel 3:28) The Lutheran Hour airs on WJAG-AM 780/WJAG-FM 105.9 on Sundays at 7:30 AM & 12:30 PM.

MAIN STREET LIVING NEWS: Today on This is the Life – “No Place to Hide” – A pastor, who has to face the death of his wife, cannot find comfort. Worship Service – Rev. James Travis of Calvary Lutheran Church in Sioux City, IA, delivers the message “When Everything is Going Bad: Advice from Heaven” based on Revelation 5:1-14. These shows air today beginning at 10:00 AM on KCAU-9 TV out of Sioux City.

REMINDER: Please save all BEST CHOICE labels/bar codes! Preschool is still saving the labels/bar codes. This is a continuous collection so you can collect them the whole year. There is a box on top of the bulletin boxes or you can place them in Julie Slagle’s box. Thank you for your help!

WHAT ABOUT BOOKS are available free of charge for you near the bulletin boxes. These books are easy to read and explain what Lutherans believe and teach about topics important for today.
