LWML GIVING TUESDAY is this Tuesday, September 15th Our goal is to use GivingTuesday to spread the Gospel message by collecting money and raising awareness for LWML Mission Grants, which share the love of Jesus throughout all nations.  You have the opportunity to share your blessings by contributing to the 2019–2021 LWML Mission Goal. Two out of every three people do not know Jesus as their Savior. Your donation can help reach them and will be matched by a generous donor’s gift on GivingTuesday. Donate online at, through LWML Facebook, or you may send your contributions to the LWML office at 801 Seminary Place,  Suite L010, St. Louis, MO 63105. Be sure to note Giving Tuesday 2020 with your contribution. The Mite Box will be set up in the back of church if you would like to put your mite offering in there.  Our society will send in all donations to be matched.

PASTOR AND VICKIE would appreciate some help cleaning the parsonage after the movers are done. (this will be around the 30th of this month) This will be helpful for Pastor Lilienkamp who is planning to use the house when he is here working. If you would be willing to help, please let Pastor or Vickie know as soon as possible. Thank you!

FURNITURE NEEDED – Pastor Lilienkamp from Wayne will be our vacancy pastor and will start formally on October 4th.  With the distance, he will be using the parsonage a couple nights a week.  He is in need of some furniture to make this happen.  He would like a bed (probably queen size); 2 lazy-boys or similar; a table and chairs.  If you have any of these items and would be willing to share, please contact an elder.  Thank you.

STORY BIBLES will be passed out to the 3rd graders this morning.

ADDITIONAL DONATIONS NEEDED: The cemetery directory committee is asking for more donations so that the shelter for the cemetery directory can be finished.  Approximately $6,000 is still needed.  Your donations can be put in the offering and we ask that you please note on your check and envelope that is what your donation is for.

A SPECIAL OFFERING FOR CAMP LUTHER!  Due to the Coronavirus, Camp Luther had to curtail many of its functions for 2020.  This has put a strain on their day-to-day finances.  Immanuel is hosting a special offering during the month of September to send to Camp Luther to help their situation.  A basket will be set up at the back of the church all of September.  Please prayerfully consider a special gift to Camp Luther.  God’s Blessings to you all.
