WE WELCOME EVERYONE who has worshipped with us this morning, especially our guests. We hope you will be able to worship with us again soon.

Our Candlelighters for next Sunday they will be Zach Huwaldt and Connor Gutz.

Our Reader for this morning will be Aaron von Rentzell. Next Sunday our reader will be Zach Alderson. Helping with Communion this morning is Mike Johnson and Doug Hartner.

LWML will be held this Wednesday, July 24th at 7:30 p.m.

PRAYERS OF GOD'S BLESSINGS to member Seth Gutz and Lexie Nepple who were married yesterday in Storm Lake, Iowa. Also prayers of God's blessings to member Carissa Gutz and Josh Valasek who will be married this coming Saturday in St. Paul, Nebraska.

THANK YOU to everyone who donated gifts to our troops and law enforcement. The donations towards stamps helped out a lot, too. The Sunday school is very thankful and enjoyed putting the packages together. Thank You! Jared Koehler, Sunday school superintendent

THE IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CEMETERY will be mowed on Thursday, July 25th at 6:30 p.m. The following members of Immanuel are asked to please come and help mow:

PLEASE NOTE!! If you cannot come Thursday evening, you may come in the afternoon or evening on Wednesday or the afternoon on Thursday, but please contact your chairman, Marvin Kumm, at 402-748-3228 so that he knows who helped and your name is not put back on the list for the next mowing. Women and older children are also welcome to help mow. We need riders, push mowers, and trimmers in order to do a good job.

THE TRUSTEES are looking for suggestions for replacing the carpet in the front (east) entry and for behind the pews in the church proper. If you have suggestions or thoughts, please contact a trustee or leave your suggestion/thought in the church secretary's office.

2019 ORPHAN GRAIN TRAIN CONVENTION will be held Friday and Saturday, September 13 & 14 at DeVent Center in Norfolk. There is a discount if you register before August 1st. If interested you may go on their website or contact the church office. You will meet the people that receive and distribute the humanitarian aid and food for Orphan Grain Train. On Friday, you will learn more about relief efforts and aid that impacts those in need locally and internationally. An update from VP of Operations, Grant Schmidt, and hear recipients share how Orphan Grain Train changes lives in their part of the world, domestically and internationally. Dinner will be served Friday evening with the Concordia University Nebraska Show Choir performance at 7:30 p.m. Saturday will begin with morning devotion and include luncheon with keynote speaker Rev. Michael Zeigler, Lutheran Hour Speaker. There will be more sharing about the impact of Orphan Grain Train and a live and silent quilt auction. The closing devotion will be at 3:00 p.m.

THE LUTHERAN HOUR is broadcast every Sunday on Wayne radio station, KCTY 98.9 FM/KTCH 1590 AM on Sunday mornings from at 7:30 a.m. as well as on Norfolk radio station, WJAG 780 AM/105.9 FM at 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Sundays also.
